First off, I'd like to say...

GOOD GOD WHAT HAPPENED? I guess lots of people like the looks of this new design but (bitching warning) this is noisy as all hell, and when you have lots of messages, the message center previews ALL OF THEM NOW . Excuse me, but this is like Windows Vista. And no, I don't want to get used to it. Yes, I have more then a powerful enough PC to handle Vista (AND the new DA), but screw it, I stick with what makes me comfortable...

Except this isn't comfortable, dammit. It's noisy and unproductive as all hell. And what's with this desire to make everything SHINY AND NOISY? Like I said, it's like Windows Vista, loud and unnecessary for actual work.

My DA subscription ends in 3 days. I'm tempted to just cut it off if I can get the old UI back...This is too much...

Anyways CONTEST STUFF

I've decided to keep the contest. There will be a few changes however...

#1. I've been writing small one shot pieces. You have the option of drawing a scene from one of them if you want, rules to follow. I'll be posting them starting tonight.

#2. There's a lot more relaxed...

First of all, see [link] for character descriptions and pictures.

Second of all, since I'm editing this, I'm editing the time due for it too. Old due date was October, since this is different, I'm moving it to say...January 2009.

Third of all: I'm slimming down the character list, you'll have your choice to draw:

Menma
Ramune
Ruby
Adherente
Mytel

Now, on the other hand, I do ask that you draw at least three of them, because this is a big contest. Like I said, character descriptions and pictures on [link] .

Also, there's no real rules...I'm tempted to ask for ecchi but that's a little TOO shameless (Though I wouldn't mind ).

What else? Oh, yes, you can put in more then one picture, if you'd like.

RULES

1. NO TRACING!
2. There will be NO favortism here, I judge more on originality, and theme more then I do on other things (see last year's fleet of 873092830928093 cute Flandres).
3. For the prizes, what I'm going to do is order them and as long as you live in the US, or Europe, I can do it. However, I do need an address to ship them to...If you want to opt out, or possibly have me wire you the money or something, let me know.
4. I can not stress this enough! If I know you, you're not going to automatically win. I've seen too many contests around here, where the contest's owner's friends won .

Yes, that's a copypasta from the last entry...Anyways, yeah, I'm (sort of) finally out of my writer's block. I've started on some short one shots, I'll post the first here in a bit!

Requests and Trades: Always open! Just keep in mind that I only write, make some icons and do some pixel art (IE, sprites).
Commissions: What? Are you nuts? I'll never ask you for money for something I make for you...

One last thing! ANYTHING of mine you like, such as a name, character, sprite, whatever, take and do what you will.^^ Just be courteous enough to tell me, and not use it behind my back.
